Returns: We do not sell our products on an approval basis. If you have questions about any particular item or feel you cannot make a decision based on the photos on our website, please email us and we will provide you with addition information and photographs if needed.

Guarantee: All of our Items are guaranteed to be of the age and material that is in the item description. If it says Ivory...it is Ivory, not bone or resin. 

Privacy: All information submitted, whether during the ordering process or by subscribing to our email list, will be kept confidential. No information about our customers is or will be shared with any outside organization or company. If wish to be removed from our mailing list simply send us an email and we will remove your name from all future mailings.

Security: Our site uses the latest Encryption technology for all order processing. All order information is protected by two different password protected systems to ensure that your personal information is safe. All Credit Card transactions are manually processed in our office to prevent any third party billing companies from gaining access to your confidential shipping and billing data.

Shipping: Our shipping rates are based on weight of items after packing. Occasionally, the combination of certain items within an order results in a lower actual cost for us to ship. When this occurs, we will credit your account for the amount of the difference.
