Shipping: Our shipping rates are based on weight of items after packing. Occasionally, the combination of certain items within an order results in a lower actual cost for us to ship. When this occurs, we will credit your account for the amount of the difference. In the event that the actual cost exceeds the amount charged, we will absorb the difference.

Returns: If any of our products are not exactly as stated in our description it can be returned within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. If you are not satisfied with the items, you may return them within 5 days of receipt for a refund, less shipping. If you have questions about any particular item or feel you cannot make a decision based on the photos on our website, please email us and we will provide you with addition information and photographs if needed.
