All of our shipments are fully insured against loss or damage by Collectible Insurance Agency. 

We guarantee that all items ordered from us will reach you intact and undamaged.  If you order is lost during shipment, we will replace your order.  Any item that is damaged during shipment will be replaced or your account credited.

Please keep all packing materials as they may be required for us to file an insurance claim. We may request that you ship the damaged item back to us at our expense. All refunds will be credited upon receipt of damaged merchandise by return mail ( if required ), or inspection by carrier. Items not requiring return or inspection will be credited upon notification of damage.
