Our order processing and shipping department was custom designed and built to provide an assembly line style workflow which enables us to ship 99% of our in-stock orders within one business day. Special Orders are generally shipped within 2 weeks. Lead time for Custom made products vary by the type of product and the level of customization required.

As you can see from our site, we specialize in Asian Arts and Crafts. Our products are imported directly from Asia. We are constantly searching for unique and unusual products to offer on our site. Our products come from many sources. Most are acquired directly from the artists or workshops that produce them. This allows us to offer lower pricing and provides greater control over the quality and designs of the products. Some of our products are custom made for us and only available on our website.

We have full-time buyers throughout Asia that enable us to source just about any product you could imagine. Many trips to Asia over the years has enabled us to establish strong relationships with our suppliers which results in better availability and pricing.
