	Singing Bowl ~ This bowl is approximately 5 inches in diameter... from rim to rim... and 2.75 inches tall. Comes with a wooden stiker... stiker may be different than pictured. The entire eastern region starting from India, China, Tibet and Japan used singing bowls during meditation and other religious practices. It is considered to be sacred and auspicious. The singing bowls also known as Tibetan singing bowls originate from the Himalayan region. They are the best form of bowls that are made up of five metals. This is known as “panchaloga”. These bowls are used to reverberate when hit upon and the sound waves emanate positive energy all around the place. They are known as magical sounds because they help in de-stressing the mind and stimulating mental activity. Commonly used during meditation and chanting of mantras. Handcrafted in Nepal, designs may vary slightly.
